Online Renewal RequirementsOn-line renewal requires 128-bit encryption capabilities for security reasons. Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher has such capabilities. Netscape or AOL can also access the site, but if problems are encountered, it is recommended that Internet Explorer be tried. If you receive an error after clicking the Begin Renewal Process link, this may be because your browser does not have the required level of encryption. The following steps can be taken to correct this problem:

Internet Explorer 6.0 UsersIf you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 there is a setting that needs to be changed. The renewal application requires that a cookie be put on your computer. Once the renewal is finished the cookie will be removed. There is a setting that will allow your browser to accept our cookie and will not make any other changes to your setting.
